Welcome to Kasarinlan High School library!

Kasarinlan High school's library is built upon the generous hearts of the school's stakeholders - its students and their families, its administration, teaching personnel and staff, the local government of Caloocan city, specifically Barangay 28, and other private institutions. Our reading partners has enabled students in the school and in the community to cultivate strong reading skills, as we firmly believe that the ability to read transforms lives and empowers children and communities to reach their full potential.

Since its establishment in 2006, the school library has grown from several sets of references such as general encyclopedias, subject-specific encyclopedias and textbooks of various subjects and disciplines.

Through book drives and donations during the English Month that usually coincides with the National Reading Month, its collection grew to include items such as dictionaries, almanacs, periodicals, reading comprehension materials such as SRA Reading Laboratory and ABRC which is appropriate for learning intervention programs, home-based learning and remedial classes and other reference materials of varying topics and genres. Teacher-made Worksheets as well as the best outputs and projects of students such as reading journals and portfolios are also made available through the library.

The Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) can be used to locate all the library resources.

Anchored on our belief that reading is the foundation for all future learning, the school librarians are very much willing to assist students in using the library materials and how to best locate research and information resources both in the library and the learning resource center.
